What's a fair amount of notice to give before meeting?

Depends on the week for me, but a couple of days notice where possible is appreciated.

Wondering what people consider reasonable. I try to give at least a day or two where I can, but curious if that's overthinking it.

A day or two feels about right to me as well. Same day works out fine sometimes too, just depends who you're talking to.

There's no fixed rule, it really comes down to what both people are comfortable with. Communicating clearly matters more than any particular timeframe.
